1.All the purchased  products can be fully refund  withing 48 hours.

2.If a customer can’t send back the refunded products withing 48 hours he has to submit the refunding request via whatsapp or Email ( Check contact us page). and later can send back the products.

3. Refunded products should be in original from ( No broken or damaged) 

4. Damaged or broken products will not be refund and exchange.

5.After 48 hours the products will be exchange only  if any customer wants to exchange 20% deduction will be made.

6.All the electronics product  which has no warranty customer should properly check at the time of deliver later will neither refund or exchange.

7. Those products which has risk of broken like Glass etc customer need to check at the time of deliver later any complain will not be accepted.

8. Perishable items like vegetables and fast food are delivered on the same day and will not be refund or exchange check the freshness at the time of deliver.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
